It was raining and gloomy ALL DAY here in Osceola, but it cleared up just in time for Mal & Kyle’s session. It sure made for a perfect session. The falls we quiet, peaceful and we had them all to ourselves. It was the perfect location to have some intimate but yet adventurous portraits. We started out our session at Cascade falls in Osceola, WI and finished our session at the boat launch just outside of town on the St. Croix river. It was absolutely beautiful!
I first met Malory working at
Our Shop Bridal in downtown Stillwater in Minnesota. Right off the bat she was super friendly and very helpful when it came to any question I had. All the brides that she helped adored her. I would hear little storied of Kyle here and there, about their first date which wasn’t really a date, but I never actually met him until the day of the shoot! He was super friendly and I could tell he was secretly having fun.
Mal & Kyle moved out of Osceola as I moved in. Crazy world, eh? (Yes, I just said eh.. every once in a while my Canadian roots show through and I can’t help it…) They moved back home to southern Minnesota to be with family, which I think is super sweet. I wish them all the best as they prepare for their big day in March of 2019. I’m looking forward to capturing it!
